The old proverb “Clothes make the man” needs a fresh new look. We suggest “Costumes help create the character.” This panel will explore how, now more than ever, costume designs help with character development as well as with an audience’s preconceived notions on gender. We will not skirt the issue! We will create some quick changes of mind as we address and undress this topic.
