In My Own Little Corner: Dance and Mental Health Workshop

Join veteran dance & teacher Chryssie Whitehead (Chicago,, A Chorus Line, "Every Little Step" documentary, 2020 West Side Story film) and Psychologist Alisa Hurwitz, PsyD ("Dr. Drama") for an interactive workshop. This relaxed class will include a short performance by Chryssie Whitehead from her show, "In My Own Little Corner", learning any-level choreography direct from A Chorus Line and discussion of creating a "mental health carebox" with Chryssie and Dr. Hurwitz.  Take off your shoes, dance and learn tools for taking care of your mental health, whether you are in the industry or a dedicated fan of Broadway.
