The return of this popular, annual panel, led by Psychologist Dr. Alisa Hurwitz, features a panel of Broadway favorites discussing theater and emotional well-being. Topics include self-care, managing anxiety, the impact of oppression/marginalization on mental health and the power of community. The conversation will conclude with an opportunity for audience members to ask questions to the panel.
